How to Disable Balloon Tips in Windows Vista
This article describes how to use the balloon tips in Windows Vista. I thought it would be good for an item, which allows the ball transparent recommendations. I personally believe that balloon, it is not allowed to be there for all, it's horrible and do not contain information that is important, in any form. I have from the first day I started, Windows XP, and I did the same on my Windows Vista laptop. Balloon recommendations are a waste of time to time, in my opinion. Let me explain how you can use the balloon tips in Windows Vista.
* Press the Windows + R, type gpedit.msc and press Enter. This opens the Group Policy Editor. Note that the Group Policy Editor (Gpedit.msc) not included in Windows Vista Home and Windows Vista Home Premium. I will, as you balloon tips in the last issue
* Go to User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Start Menu and tasks.
Select "Delete" balloon tips, click the right mouse button and select the menu
* Select from the options and click OK
* Close the Group Policy Editor
* Start Windows Vista

* Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Explorer / Advanced
* A new name and Dword EnableBalloonTips
* The value must be automatically set to 0, not to change, 0
* Start Windows Vista
